Just editing my below review to bring a better focus on my great experience with Patrick:
Anyone can provide good and timely service for a big job and promise great aftercare service; but will they really be available for a small service call afterwards? a risk we all take when hiring a someone. We all want to be assured of reliable after project service/maintenance.
Then when you call them afterward for help with a small project, they are suddenly too busy. A problem I suspect

Where do I start?! My parents had an emergency situation that required me to call several irrigation companies. When I came across Assurant, I was instantly impressed! The young man who answered the phone was extremely patient with me (you can imagine how frustrating it could be after dealing with several unsympathetic companies)! He said that he can come out the same day to give my parents a quote. He was professional, followed through with phone calls (I live out of state, so following up is important to me), reasonable, and not to mention service was impeccable! My parents yard was complete

I am a certified arborist in the South Florida area and know almost every irrigation company but I choose to use Pat of Assurant because of his honesty, quality of work and reasonable price. Not to mention his knowledge in an industry that requires constant education and training to stay abreast of water conservation while satisfying the variety of needs of so many different landscape requirements.

I had Patrick to retrofit my sprinkler system. I originally had a three valve system and had Patrick to switch it to a two valve as water from my sprinkler was rusting the next door neighbor's wall.
