Positive: Professionalism, Quality
Just over a year in and so far no real complaints. Newer, well maintained fleet, (all auto) governed at 66. Payroll is dd and always on time. Dispatch easy to work with. Have gotten me home every time I've asked without fail and are flexible with home time. My favorite thing is they don't try and micromanage.

This company will honor your scheduling and organize following load plans ahead of time if you want to complete your drive line. The customer service team will sometimes see their way to the payout advantage and stack it truckload no matter how professional you are so this is normal company carrier circumstance. Considering the miles to pay ratio along with your best efforts and a lot of drop and hook freight, you should profit well if you connect loads. My best advice with Beacon is to always trip plan way ahead and make customer service aware of frequent reschedules due to the main company lack

Its an outlaw company. Your told not asked to run over hours and when you refuse your told if you like working here you will do what your told.
My house burned. I went home to check on things. One of the wonderful people called me while off and told me if I liked living not to come back. Then they refused to ship my belongings back to me.
They told me my junk was not worth shipping back to me.
Wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.
Also the lady in dispatch Billy Jo will tell you to your face that drivers doesn't make her paycheck. Travis Maddox

Beacon Transport is very family oriented, good down home Christian folk. The biggest attraction for me is their 24hr drop and hook Freight but I hate ELogs and AUTOMATIC transmissions for Trucks. Also they're cut off for paperwork is Mon to Monday which is awesome!! Great company if you don't have to live paycheck to paycheck.
