Don’t do it!! I’m standing out in 100+ degree Alabama heat / humidity and the piece of junk will not start...again!! This junk has been sidelined more than it has actually ran. Don’t get a Bradley and do not get a B&S engine. Both are junk! Bradley service and warranty is pure junk too! I warned you!!

I purchased a new 2015 48SOT with the 25HP Briggs Engine from Havener back in summer 2016. (The mower was new but had been assembled in late 2015.) I had a under warranty problem with the gas tank valve, gave them a call and a new, improved gas tank was shipped right away. The mower is insatiable. It's always ready to roll and sometimes I hate to shut it down. lol. Yes there is maintenance and it is pretty easy to work on - I've replaced the solenoid twice and the ignition switch. I ordered the ignition switch from off Bradley's website and it was shipped promptly. Someone from Bradley actually

I have had an issue with the mulching plate and every time I reach out about it, they ghost me. I have tried calling, emailing, and texting. As soon as the person figures out that I have an issue, they disappear. It's pretty disappointing. The mower cuts great and seems well built, but now I can't help but think if I ever have an issue under warranty, then I'd be screwed. I'm pretty close to filling a Better Business Bureau alert. I'd shell out the extra money for a mower from a company that cares about it's customers, because Bradley and Havener Enterprises do NOT!

Parts get shipped out days later only after sales ask what mower you have again. Takes 2-4 weeks for parts to get in the mail. Sales isnt open on Saturday either. My bradley always seems to break down when i need it most and now I'm hung high and dry this leaf season. In my area im the only guy with Bradley's and ill be sure to let everyone in my town and surrounding area know they're a little company with bad mowers and bad service.

Quick to take your money but slow to deliver on promises! I WAS in the market to purchase a total of (3) new mowers for my fleet which already included some Bradley products. After negotiating price (which, on a positive note, is unbeatable anywhere in the commercial mower market) I was prepared to purchase (2) mowers now and another next month. They requested payment and I was about to provide it for this $10k + purchase when I asked about availability for pick up. It’s only then I was told that they “ran out of gas tanks” and couldn’t provide an availability date. I cancelled my order

I have a Bradley 48. I really like the precision with which this mower drives and steers. It has so much power. I bought it late September. Aside from just mowing I have used this mower to clean up leave several times. So much air comes out of the side discharge that it is like a big leaf blower. Sucks them up and shoots them out. This mower was an excellent purchase due me.

Terrible mowers in my opinion. We purchased three from a local shop in Bixby Oklahoma and have had more problems with them than any mowers we have ever purchased. Our employees don't even want to put them on the trailers because they know they will most likely have issues.
We have had to replace parts, batteries, all types of things that should be in working order from the first week of services.
Did I mention these are less than a year old?
If you enjoy downtime and paying your employees overtime I highly recommend these mowers.

We bought a 52” Bradley stander and we absolutely love it, we have had it for a week now and it cuts through tall thick grass like a champ, go over it twice because of the thick grass and it’s perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better mower. And the customer service is excellent. We highly recommend Bradley mowers. Support local Buy local
