Cherry Creek Title Services, Inc. began as a locally owned, small, attorney-owned agency in 1992. We incorporated under the name Cherry Creek Title Services, Inc. in 1997. Throughout our long history, Cherry Creek Title has gained priceless experience through our navigation of an always-changing real estate market.
Michael oversees all legal matters, underwriting policies, licensing, compliance and operating procedures, financial controls, treasury services, fraud prevention and strategic planning. He has underwritten and closed billions of dollars in real property conveyance and loan transactions. He personally handles complex transactions and transactions with title and/or legal issues.
When you close your transaction with Cherry Creek Title Services, our escrow department works diligently with all parties involved to be sure that all conditions to close are met and your transaction closes on time. If you are buying or selling a home, our staff will handle obtaining payoffs for any existing liens, home owners association transfer of ownership (if applicable), transfer of water, storm and sewer services and property tax payments.

Excellent service, I cannot speak highly enough about my interactions with the folks at Cherry Creek Title Services. Additionally the supplemental documentation and information available on their website is very helpful and informative. They were very upfront and transparent about the process and pricing and were able to get me an earlier close date than initially planned.
