We at Mt. Pleasant Computer Services believe the cost of a repair shouldn't be more than the cost of a new device itself! Our rates are low, our quality is high, and we work hard so you recommend us to your friends and family. Anything longer is billed for a minimum of 1 hour but can be applied to the actual cost of that repair.

My computer was acting up so I called and got my computer to him within an hour. Gary fixed my computer that same night and made picking it up the next morning very easy as he was super flexible. Pricing was not bad at all, considering it was much cheaper than anywhere else I could have taken it. The problem I had was not able to be fixed by the Apple Support team, but Gary fixed it cheaper and faster than any other place I could have brought it to. My computer is running like brand new and I could not be happier.

I gave him a call for my laptop that had a black screen I think around 6:45pm and he called me back and had my laptop in his hand by 7:20pm. I asked him about when he would have an idea of when it would be done and he said he have an idea by tomorrow morning because he wasn’t sure if he would have time tonight to take a look at it. Thought that sounded fast then texted me an hour later. Already had it fixed and told me just to text him if I had any more issues. Was professional, fast and fair priced and I had my laptop back by 8:30pm the same night. Amazing for us college students who can’t

Gary is very knowledgeable and fair guy. He fix the issue with my laptop not play vids and even informed of how to fix the issue if it ever occured again. Would definitely recommend gary for laptop issues and may be doing more business soon to upgrade my laptop to a solid state hard drive. Thanks Gary for not only fixing the problem but also showing me how I can fix it myself if it every occurred again.
