We put together the most advanced technologies, which we continue to improve together with the world's automotive industry. The heart of the automobile, the engine and the transmission, are made up of parts machined by groups of numerically controlled special purpose machines made by NTC. We refer to these groups of machines as Turnkey Machining Lines or Transfer Lines.
The DD200/DD300 was developed to eliminate the unbalance that occurs at the end of the Crankshaft Production Line that is common when using Traditional Dynamic Balance Measuring equipment. By thinking outside of the box here at NTC, we have built a new innovative approach to the crankshaft machining line.
NTC America offers the highest quality spindle rebuild services using only genuine OEM parts and OEM Drawings. Rigorous testing, including impact testing, is performed on every rebuilt spindle, a service which most other rebuild services do NOT provide!.
