Harlan Land Surveying

Mr. Harlan is very knowledgeable and helpful. He guided me through the whole process of subdividing my lot which included a survey and subdivision drawings. I would highly recommend Harlan Land Surveying.

They survey my entire property - without my consent or knowledge - at the request of a neighbor. The lady that answers their phone says that they didn't need my permission because my name was not on the deed lol. Not sure where they get their information, I went to the county annex afterwards and my name was all over the most recent deeds. Could have been an honest mistake, which is why I wanted to have a rational conversation with them, but the lady on the phone was such a B that I just hung up. I would like to think that reputable surveyors would make sure they have the most current deeds before

Do not use them. They got our survey wrong and then refused to pay for any damages. They led me to purchase some land that I did not receive when buying my house.. it was actually my neighbors land/fence and he actually did the survey for them as well.
