Make your space yours. In this garage turned art studio for two local artists' we have thought outside the box to make their dreams come true. At RDR, we take advantage of everything to utilize your space the best it can be. We reinforced the existing gabled roof to allow for a cathedral ceiling, added french doors, a skylight, and unique ways to maintain a comfortable tempature in the room no matter what time of year.
Old Portland/Bungalows: One of the challenges faced with the ownership of these homes is often the upstairs. Typically an area with a converted attic space used to house one or more bedrooms. Charming, yet often times a space that is awkward and uninviting.
