I have used AAA twice now and both times they did excellent work on my weird objects. The first was a brass spittoon (don't ask). Even though it was bell shaped and I wanted custom art applied, they got it done for a totally reasonable price. The second job was a year later, they engraved a large aluminum grill shelf for me - very awkwardly shaped. They did that on time (with some unavoidable COVID-19 delays) and for a competitive price as well.
Everyone there has been very helpful and professional, and the puppy who lives there is friendly and adorable.

I was thrilled to learn this old established business was willing to engrave my vintage compact. I had bought it as new-old-stock on eBay and it was immaculate. I had only been looking for one like this for years but never expected to find one in new condition. The center plate was meant to have a first name and a telephone number engraved on it like "SKU-426." Lacking such a cool and short phone number, I went for just my first name. If you walk in and you're a person of color, chances are that the owner will judge you harshly. If you're a woman who wears a scarf around your head, he'll assume that you're a 'mooslim'. And make sure to check the spelling of your engraving, he spells liberal 'libtard'. But I could never trust a so-called yinzer who roots for the Eagles and Flyers.
