Since 1997, I have carved my niche in "high access "window washing for building managers and homeowners in the Four Corners. In order to provide the best possible service to my customers, I receive routine safety training and rely on the latest equipment.
There are always short cuts. A less experienced contractor could probably save you money by cutting corners to save time. But I have always felt that skimping on safety is just bad business. Smart building managers and homeowners know they can't afford to hire a contractor (even with a low bid) who isn't practicing safety on the job site.
