I began my law career with a large firm defending companies in litigation. When my father developed Parkinson's Disease I had to care for him before his death.
You do not have to be a Millionaire to benefit from Wealth Preservation through Estate Planning. If you have children and want to name the person who will be the Guardian and care for them if you and your spouse, if applicable, die and you want to ensure that they are financially stable under such circumstances;.
Whether you are starting your own business, running a family business, or have a business that is part of an Estate, we can help. If you own a business, it is also imperative that you develop a business succession plan so that your loved ones, customers or clients, and employees are cared for in case of your death.
It has been reported that in the United States, an automobile accident occurs every 30 seconds and a person dies as a result of an automobile accident every 12 minutes. Therefore, in the time that you have spent reading this website, it is likely that over twenty automobile accidents have occurred and that at least one person has died as a result, somewhere in the United States.

Kathy is a more than an amazing Attorney!!! I have been doing business with her for several years now. She always takes the time to listen and help with whatever the issue it is. She is professional and organized. She explains everything in simple terms so that I understand. She gives good advice and options on how to handle a situation. She is a problem solver that is efficient in getting the work done. She is always a friendly, kind and compassionate professional. I could never recommend her enough. She knows her business and does it well.

Terrible person named Rachel answered the phone. Didn’t seem concerned about the issue at hand especially short with me when asked questions about stuff I know zero about (hence why I am was calling to begin with). She cut me off and said their retainer is 2000 and they charge 250/hr. Called another office right after and got WAY BETTER assistance and just in general courteous care over the phone. Good luck with them.
**UPDATE**
The person who responded to my review clearly didn’t understand the point of the review. The point was not to get FREE legal advice over the phone KAREN. The point

I was in need of help with some questions concerning a divorce. Not only did i speak to a very smart and helpful assistant but Ms. Kathy Brown van Zutphen
actually took the time out of her day to call me back. She also did some research to answer some of my questions, and gave me a call back in the same day. She was so kind and very straight to the point. She really went out of her way to help me, I truly felt that she cared about me and my situation. Ms. Kathy Brown van Zutphen gave me some amazing and accurate advice. She answered in depth questions over the phone without charging me a dime

I have been working with Kathy during the COVID-19 period. She has been running her office by herself and taking extra precautions to keep social distancing and safety in mind for her customers. She did a Last Will and Testament for me, it was done quickly, professionally and at a great price.

We were very happy with the service. We are not from Mississippi, and wanted to be sure we did the right things.
She made sure we understood our options, and steps we needed to take.
We gladly recommend her

Kathy is an amazing lawyer. She knows her stuff! She got thrown into the middle of our dispute with ex-family and she did a wonderful job. She worked hard to help my family and I get back into our home and get our daughter's belongings back. Thank you so much for your help, time, and advice.
