Our team is committed to delivering our customers loads on time, damage free and always with highest level of service at time of booking, during transit and after the delivery.
This manual is designed to provide drivers, employees, and all other concerned parties with information regarding the operational policies, safety policies and general practices of SH Logistics, LLC. A wide scope of information is provided herein. However, it is not the intent of the company to list all of its programs, policies and or procedures in this manual.
Substance Abuse Testing Applicants extended offers for contractor or employee will be required to successfully pass a drug screen examination. In Connection with your employment or application for employment (including contract for services) with SH Logistics, LLC dba SH Transport, consumer reports may be requested from USIS commercial Services (USIS).
Must provide no less than 5 years of driving work history, non-driving work history for the past five years. No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last three years (this includes DWI's, DUI's and BAC's). Must have no more than four moving violations and / or accidents during the last three years.
Will take a thorough physical examination that meets or exceeds the FMCSA standards. This physical will include the requirements as spelled out by the FMCSA, These may include written screening tests as well as physical tests. If you are currently under any type of medical treatment, therapy, use of medical devices or medication, you are required by law to disclose this information to the doctor conducting the physical.

SH Transport is a great environment to work in at the Denver and Richfield Office. The culture there is "family and team" oriented. Everyone helps you to become successful. The actually make their drivers a top priority. Many trucking companies say they do/will and they do not, SH Transport follows through on making drivers successful. They also pay way above standard and give you plenty of miles. I truly think that it is made up for on the treatment and respect that they hold for the driver.

I've been here just over 10 years now and I've been a owner operator the whole time. I can say this was the best decision I ever made. I've bought 3 different trucks since I've been here and 3 trailers. One of the trucks I bought was for my brother who doesn't even work here but the boss knew I wanted to help my brother and had no problem with it. He has helped me through alot of different situations and I am very proud to say I work for him. I know he's my boss but I also consider him a great friend.

I started off here in 2009 as a single truck owner operator, then after multiple truck purchases Nihad, the owner, and I are in this together and I love my job dealing with the drivers, shops and customers on a daily basis.
I have over 3.5 million miles before I got off the road and was moved from owner op to Operations, where we are still now, it is high stress most days but I wouldn't be anywhere else.
