My experience with final touch was horrible. My vehicle was wrecked and they were the one shop that would take the job after saying it would only take 3 weeks. Well 3 weeks turned into 3 months with the only excuse being “well we had problems with your vin so we can’t touch your vehicle until that is corrected” ok. That took 8 days to be exact and after 1 month they continued to blame my insurance about some that took several weeks ago. Finally after 3 months and 2 weeks I get my vehicle back only to be half completed.... I will never do business with Final Touch again!!!

With our a doubt. This is THE COLLISION REPAIR SHOP you need to bring your vehicle to. During the hurricanes they made sure they were fast. Efficient. Honest. And made sure the insurance companies weren't screwing you over. The owner is by far the most genuine man I've ever met. We're lucky to have people like this around. And his business has been established for YEEAAARS. That alone says what a great place this is.

Horrible experience, would not recommend getting your vehicle fixed here. They’ve had my vehicle in and out over 5 times for issues they have caused while fixing minor hail damage. It has also had to be in and out of the dealership while in their care because of all the electrical damages and the issue is still not resolved. Keep in mind this is a brand new truck. VERY POOR communication. Nobody knew what was going on ever and no direct answers, It was like a circus!!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
I brought my wrecked car there to be fixed . One month later still not fixed. Extremely poor communication. I’ve called 4 times to see if I need to extend rental car and no one called me back. I’ve driven to the business twice to be able to get an answer, I kept being put off. I will not use this business again.

Brought my Mini to them after an encounter with my trash can and not only they took care of what I asked but cleaned my car and worked on every detail for me in record time. Final touch was there to help every time... They pick up my vehicle from the accident site, they give a estimate on the damage and talk directly to the insurance company.
I only had to go there to pay my deductible and then to pick up my vehicle.
They made it completely hassle free.
For 15 years, I've never used a different collision repair shop. Customer service is amazing.
I would recommend final touch to any and all of my friends and family.

I have had repairs for both myself, and my daughter (multiple times), not only was the work impeccable, but they even battled with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered. The ladies in the front we're welcoming and helpful, and our vehicles were repaired so well we could not find a trace of the damage. Totally a "Final Touch" fan!!

I was very pleased with the service at Final Touch. I was able to drop off the parts requiring replacement, have them painted and bring in my truck once they were done. They had the new bumper and tailgate installed the same day I dropped my truck off. The paint and install look like new. Great job!
