Super nice assistants that will always help with bookings, and great treatments done by Sabina & Marina. I started with the laser hair removal and then tried the Ipl & Clear & Brilliant with Marina. She was very helpful and determined to help me with my dark spots, super nice and quick!

Went today for an age spot. The nurse said she couldn't treat it "because the spot was too waxy". I asked what that would mean, and she said "waxy, like candles". So basically she said the same thing again just with different words. I immediately knew she isn't the brightest and stopped asking. But - they were honest and honestly said they couldn't do it. 5 stars!

Rena and her team are so caring and meticulous about what they are doing. I got a little bit dissatisfaction after my second hair removal for my sideburns but they responded immediately to my email and arranged a touch-up appointment. Rena is such a caring and lovely lady who does her job for 21 years. That really checks out. I also got two Botox treatments from Rena which lasted 2.5-3 months. (1st was in June and the 2nd was in August) It seems pretty short to me but it might be because of the break I took during the Pandemic. She explains this situation with muscle memory. That makes sense though

Posting another update to continue to rave about my experiences here. I've now had laser done on my underarms and my full legs, as well as lip fillers with Rena. I always go to Sabina for my laser because she is wonderful. This past visit, I wasn't able to see Sabina due to my scheduling restrictions, so she told me she'd put me with somebody she knew I'd love. I saw Ita and let me just tell you, she is absolutely outstanding. She was so incredibly thorough and also an absolute pleasure to chat with during the session. I highly recommend both Sabina and Ita for laser hair

I never write reviews but this place definitely earned it. I initially came for laser hair removal a couple months ago referred by Hen, the most amazing woman and a very efficient front desk worker! I was totally shocked by how simple the process was, but what stood out the most was how enthusiastic the staff is. Shoutout Velida who does my laser! She makes me feel super comfortable, verifies that the treatment is working and asks if I'm happy with the results. You will be so grateful you don't have to shave again!

I came for lip injections, which was my first time, for ANY treatment, and let me just say it was unbelievable. I went to City laser clinic after looking around for a good place to do my laser hair removal. I want to say ive been searching for about 2 years, mainly because I was I've been looking for somewhere that had a good reputation, machines and equipment they can stand behind that aren't painful. I went in for my first treatment of full body, and I will say that I was so nervous but Sabina has the most beautiful personality. I felt so calm because of her, she explained everything and made sure I was not in pain. Such lovely girls in the office, I can't wait to go back for my next treatment.
