Got to talk with Jacob Noe about our driver being detained at the shipper.
1. Ha gave me a call back in less than 2 min.
2. He was honest about it all even though it was bad news. Not a lot of people are honest these days.
3. He said that the driver will be compensated.
4. Got a good talk with the guy and he was very professional and genuine about his job even after his working hours.
10/10 would give him a raise!

One of the most professional, outgoing, funny, smart brokers I had the pleasure of working with.
I had quite a bunch of requirements regarding a load and McKenzie just made 'em happen, just like that. Even my drivers were amazed of this lady's awesome brokerage and social skills. Absolute power!!
