More than 160 workers are employed by Hobson Fabricating, with 40 employees in our fabrication shop and 120 employees in the field. We hire members of the Sheet Metal Workers union, and partnering with unionized employees enables Hobson Fabricating to expand its workforce with highly skilled and fairly compensated workers instantly whenever a large job demands.
