There is always an owner or general manager on site available for customers with a question or concern. In the rare case that an owner is not onsite when you need to speak with one, our staff will take your contact information and an owner will contact you within 24 hours.
At Velo Wash, our tunnel uses soft, gentle cloth, designed to keep dirt and debris from sticking to it. We apply a ample soap, water and compounds to lubricate your vehicle before it reaches the cloth in the tunnel and throughout the washing process. The end result: your car emerges clean, shiny and without getting scratched.

Best car wash! I’ve had their unlimited wash for months and visit multiple times a week, i can definitely say it is the best service i have ever received, every single staff member greets you with a warm and genuine smile every time, and their dedicated and hard working employees clean your vehicle with fresh towels every time, leaving your car clean as a whistle. Will definitely continue using their services and i 10/10 recommend them!

Decent drive through car wash. As is typical, it's a bit superficial. If you want all the nooks and cranies cleaned you need detailing. You stay in your car and keep it in neutral. Staff is friendly and gives car cleaning tips. They have monthly unlimited plans that make sense if you're around here often.

2) Tip the team members a few bucks for toweling off your ride. A few look underage, use money, not liquor.
3) Each of cashiers is friendly. If there's no line behind you, engage in conversation.
For those interested in upping your street cred, there is an unlimited washes option for less than $20/month!

First time I went through was over a year ago and the wash was terrible. Today 7-28-19 I figured I'd give them another shot. Definitely an improvement from the last time but still not impressed. My grill and bumpers were still dirty, and truck was not dried off entirely. Only one guy was drying vehicles and he was overworked. Paid for the tire shine and would never pay for it again. Tires were barely shined. Again going back to only having one guy drying vehicles, he has no time to pay attention to detail.
