Was skeptical about this business because I normally order only from Amazon or eBay. SO SO SO glad I went with them. Ordered a throttle assembly for my specific model and cable didn't match. Wrote to ask about a return (they only had the one model throttle) and they said, "Let us make you an adapter cable and send it for free." Now my kids have a working scooter again for way less than a new one, and I know where to go when either of the scooters needs parts.
