Over the course of 2021, my family sold two houses and bought one using Kyle as our primary contact in the Wauwatosa area. He, and everyone I interacted with at Firefly, are relentlessly professional in their interactions with us and our counter parts, insightful in their advice, and ridiculously responsive. So long as the property we are dealing with is in 'Tosa, Firefly is probably the last relator we'll work with!

We recently worked with Kyle Sprague from Firefly on both a home sale and purchase. We can't say enough good things! We bought our home with Kyle's help over 2 years ago and he was very helpful with everything from questions we had as first time buyers to arranging meet ups at houses for sale on short notice. Even just recently I had a question about some plumbing in our basement and not only did Kyle help with identifying what the issue might be, he gave me a list of plumbers he recommended and made sure to let me know I could contact the city about the issue as well since they may fix it on their end for free. Would absolutely recommend going through them to buy or sell in the future. 5 stars all day!
