Great customer service i traveled about 140 miles after leaving a e mail about a trailer lori called back the next day in morning i emailed six different dealers through out the state she was the only one to call me that was on a monday i asked if i come in on saturday they had everything waiting to go over no up selling no price changeing they let me take my time to make sure i was going to purchase what i wanted and needed thanks again forest lake trailer we all know we can shop and order on the internet but great customer service is still why i buy where i do no matter what im buying

Trailers are hard to find these days so I was extremely happy that Forest Lake Trailer not only carried a great selection of brands and types, but actually had them in stock! I spent days looking online and calling around for a specific make & model (FLOE Cargo Max 8-57). Finally, duh, looked for dealers on FLOE's site and up popped FLT. Their website was actually up to date on inventory as well! Many aren't, or just say "trailer may represent actual inventory" etc. I was impressed. This shop is WONDERFUL! The staff is kind, patient and not a bit pushy. They repaired my trailer for me the day I brought it in! I had a ball bearing explode (almost literally) and had to get it towed to Forest Lake Trailer. They had me text in a photo of the damage, gave direction as to tow or drive it there and fit me in their repair schedule that day. I bought a Triton utility trailer there a couple of weeks ago. They know their stuff and go the extra mile. Great selection. Prices are competitive. I travelled a fair distance to get to them and they are definitely worth the trip! Don’t be fooled with the other dealer you have to pass to get to them. The OTHER dealer will ignore you and they didn’t give me the time of day. Keep going around the corner (listen to your GPS). You’ll be very happy.
