Owner Jim was always available by email or phone. Crew installed on two separate scheduled occasions. Very professional and neat/clean installation. Minor issue noted later, they are fixing. Significant delay in getting shutters, but warned before purchase by Jim of this and within est. date range..

Spent 15,000 on shutters and tapco window screens. Gear went out on back door Manuel shutter. Decided to go with motor and remote. Would call 2 to 3 times a week and left messages with answering service for about a month and never got a call back from owner. Finally took time off work to go there about 9 am one morning and spoke to Bill himself , I explained the issue and let him no that we needed a motor instead of replacing gears . He took my info and quoted me 800 . I agreed and they never got back with me . It s going on 2 months now. Would not recommend.
