Glass City Moonwalk Rentals was founded in mid 2011. After 1.5 years of constant research, the family owned business launched in August of 2012. We are currently a smaller outfit, commited to giving each and every one of our rentals and renters our full attention. Glass City Moonwalk Rentals is fully licensed, insured and inspected by the Ohio Department of Agriculture - Amusement Ride Safety Division (as required by the state of Ohio).
All of our staff members have been fully trained and certified in S.I.O.T.O. - Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization. We have children and know just how precious they are. Therefore, we will not cut any corners or jeopardize the safety of any child, for any reason, at any time. Services
Parents and adult friends are welcome, however, a mask MUST be worn inside the building at all times unless eating or seated with family members whom reside in the same home. Children MUST wear a mask unless eating, bouncing or seated with family members whom reside in the same home. Tables will be spaced apart at a safe distance.
Donations are an important part of Glass City Moonwalk Rentals' & Riz Pack Entertainment's community involvement. 1. All donation requests must be received at least 60 days prior to the requested event date. NO EXCEPTIONS! 2. Although, we will try to accomodate your needs, we do have limitations. If a donation is granted, we will make the final determination as to which type of donation you will receive.
Their Customer service is the best! When I had questions Mike was so kind and quick to respond. The weather did not cooperate with our event so we had to bring it inside and Mike and George did everything to make it work. I can't say enough how helpful they were! The equipment was super clean and they arrived ahead of time to set up and took everything down.

We have used Glass City Moonwalk several times for backyard birthday parties, and we have always been SO pleased! They are so professional, kind, prompt, and GREAT with kids during setup and tear down. We've used several different bounce houses and bounce and slide units, and they are all clean and in excellent shape. Our kids love them. I genuinely can't say enough great things about them. Highly recommend them.

My experience with Toledo Bounce/Moonwalk Rentals was great from start to finish. The owner and staff were super accommodating and professional. Best of all my 8 year old son had an amazing birthday party with the bounce house we rented!!! We look forward to renting in the future! Thanks Mike & Staff!
