Do not recommend. Was given incorrect information and Dan Warner’s “services “ cost me to loose money.
Edited-to respond to Mr. Warner. His statement that it's not his fault that my ex did not follow thru on the mediation agreement is correct. What he fails to also state, is that he as an ATTORNEY knows that signatures are a requirement for a divorce agreement to hold up in the court of law. He filed so called agreements with my forged signature and never had my ex sign.

The rating is subject to change upon the completion of the process, but I have been pretty disappointed in his human interaction skills thus far. Very slow to respond to inquiries via email and voice mail and gets annoyed very easily by questions we have. Please remember that compassion goes a long way when dealing with major life circumstances such as divorce.

So glad I found Dan. It was so easy and got my divorce done in less than a month for a great price. I was expecting long, hard and a painful process, but it was actually the opposite. I used Dan as mediator for my divorce and can’t say enough great things about him. He had my divorce wrapped up from consult to final divorce in 30 days. The initial phone call to Dan lasted well over an hour, he was so informative and helpful. If you want a divorce done quickly, then you have to be willing to put in the effort to sign your papers as fast as possible, which can mean dropping them off after-hours. But the point is Dan would go to the office after-hours and retrieve those papers and take care of what needed to be taken care of, immediately. He got me a better court date right away

Dan was thorough and definitely knows what he's doing. Communication in between meetings is lacking a bit, but overall he did a great job for us during this difficult time. And he will answer your calls or texts promptly if you have any questions - and he doesn't charge for that! Dan provides a great service.
