Robert A. Moss graduated with a B.A. degree with honors from Michigan State University in 1974. Mr. Moss graduated with a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the Illinois Institute of Technology/ Chicago Kent College of Law in 1978. Upon his graduation from law school, Mr. Moss was honored to accept a Clerkship as the Law Clerk to the late Honorable Sam Phillips McKenzie, Chief Judge of the Superior Court of Fulton County.
If you are considering divorce, we will guide you through the legal complexities, such as custody, child support, alimony, equitable division of properties and liabilities and other issues that may arise. When you contact us, we will immediately schedule an initial conference. At the initial conference, you will meet with both Mr. Moss and Ms. Moody to discuss in detail the issues relating to your case.
Catastrophic injuries are life altering events. Family dynamics are forever changed upon suffering a catastrophic injury, or upon the death of a family member.
