Always friendly, knowledgeable staff ready to help. Reasonable prices, valuable coupons. Welcome my furry friends. This is a big plus since I love the opportunity to let my dog(s) come along on errands where they don't have to stay in the truck, or at home when the weather is too warm for their safety. Also, nice and close to home so I can support our local economy.

I love going to ACE in Orland. The staff is always so friendly and willing to help. However my visit today was not. The cashier was not friendly a simple hello would have been nice. I get retail is not always fun, but at least "pretend" to enjoy it. What bothered me the most was the young man in front of me a customer that seemed to have some type of medical issue as there was a tube taped to his shirt and he was slowly walking holding his side. The cashier never offered to have helped him bend over to get things from his cart or called another associate to help him. It was clear

Don't bother coming here... go straight to Chico..
they don't do price match.. ( which is ok) try to buy a sander .. they didn't have one except the display.. asked for an open box discount and the register said... "probably "..
mmm ok.. I guess she didn't care about making a sale to the company...
Thank you! I'll take my business some where else!

This is the best store in Orland. The customer service is A+. If the person that is helping you doesn't have the answer they find someone who does. I went in the other day to everything I need to put outlets and lights in my shed. Sean was there to help me and my dad. He is very knowledgeable and was able to talk through the whole process with us. I left with everything I needed. I always choose to shop there.

Best store in Orland, hands down! Soooo much BETTER than the "Lumber Yard" that's also here in town. Orland Ace is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Store is super organized, with prices displayed nicely. Great selection on just about everything, from spray paint, lawn mower parts, to RV accessories! I never leave feeling let down, always a positive experience here.

I just had to review this place. I have an Ace in my town and the guys are no where near as nice or attentive as here. Was greeted as I walked in and handed off to a guy named Clayton for help. But what I needed was an impossible item. I hairpin for a 50s formica table. Which they did not have. Instead Clayton took the time to walk down the whole nuts and bolts aisle until we found something that might work....then walked out to my vehicle, saw the hairpin that we needed to replace, and then took what we had which were actually little ratchets and proceeded to cut off the ends and grind down so
