Randy Hosler has been President of Progressive Mechanical, Inc., since 2006, and has worked in the mechanical industry for 24 years. An honorable Veteran of the U.S. Army, he served in the Persian Gulf War during the 1990s and recently achieved certification for Progressive Mechanical, Inc., as a Veteran-Owned Business.

College and the trades are both good options, but we all know college comes with an immense price tag. That's fine if you're comfortable paying debt for the foreseeable future, but if you don't want to, the trades need people who want to work in plumbing, pipe fitting, carpentry and similar professions.
