My father in-law was diagnosed with degenerative scoliosis, and was unable to walk due to the pain. On top of that he had prostrate problems. My husband and I didn't know how to or what to do to make him feel comfortable. Mrs. Johnson, the founder, picked up the phone late in the evening one night when I called and answered every question I had and was able to send a nurse less than 24 hours later. Stacy came in and made my father in-law feel at ease and taken care of, she was truly a Godsend. She even taught us how to take care of him; what to do, how to lift him, roll him over, etc

It's been two weeks since I had major surgery and I am happy healing, and grateful that for my first four days at home, WAYS Home Care & Health Agency was there for me. My Certified Nursing Assistant pampered me, she made sure I ate warm meals, and most importantly that I took my drugs on time. Initially, I was reluctant about having a stranger take care of me but the care providers were professional, friendly, compassionate and they made sure that I was comfortable. The caregiver we were sent was wonderful. We only needed her for a weekend. She was very professional, quickly learning my husbands preferences, anticipating needs, and following through on the tasks as requested. She was an excellent communicator and pleasant to be around. We were served well. I wholeheartedly recommend the caregiver services of the W.A.Y.S. Home Care & Health Agency.
