After dealing with the big boy in town, I decided to switch over the The Hot Tub Guy. The others were two weeks out on a repair (I know, everyone is short-staffed right now), but with guests in, I can't afford to have a hot tub that isn't working. I placed a call, and they were there within 24 hours. I've had a lot of heavy users this season, and they are always on it, ready to help out and get the job done. Couldn't be happier!

Unfortunately, I was left hanging three different days on a simple part drop-off/pickup job. He cancelled without warning all three times, then required he install the part himself and get paid for a full hours' work. The 24/7 hours sounds great, but appears it's only on a convenience basis ($$$$$ commercial accounts, etc.).
