The Ti-State pride themselves on being a water-conscious business, utilizing only what is needed for each project - no matter its size. This wasn't an easy job and all of the guys worked really hard to make this retaining wall gorgeous! We have had numerous compliments on how beautiful it looks. It has given us so much more yard space!

Tri State Made What I Feared To Be A Nightmare (Complete Change Of My Landscaping), Into A Few Day Project They Were Done A Day Early, Very Professional, And Most Important It Looked Beautiful (Exactly How My Wife Wanted It). We have used Tri- state for landscaping, hardscaping, adding a berm, leveling and placing rubber mulch around our playset, burying gutters, adding drainage, clearing a wooded area with tons of poison ivy. We keep returning to Tri-State year after year and project after project, because we have always been delighted with the end result. Thank you again guys!!!

I have had a contract with Tri State now for the last 2 years to do all my outside upkeep. Their work speaks for itself there has never been an issue. One time they hired a new lawn tech, and he cut my grass just a bit too high. I called Cody jokingly telling him what had happened, within 10 minutes the crew came back with cody behind them. He went back with his new tech and I watched him patiently spend 20 minutes teaching him about the different mower heights on a lawn with an incline and how to not go too low and burn the grass. Whereas most managers would have been angry and impatient with

I contacted Tri State Property Maintenances to come out and give us an estimate we needed the whole back yard redone. Cody and his crew are extremely professional and offered us options and their experience in the decision making process. They paved a beautiful path that lead to the front yard and planted the most beautiful flowers, they kept us informed on the timeline on when and how the work would be done. They take pride in their workmanship and they leave your property in excellent shape considering the scope of the work they did. I would recommend them to all of my friends!

My husband and I are so happy that we went to tri-state property maintenance for our re-landscape project! It is obvious that they take pride in their work as well as their customer service and thanks to them we now take great pride in our new yard.
