Letavia is phenomenal, and we wish we would have enlisted her services sooner! After months of trying to find a nanny ourselves, and not getting anywhen on several waitlists for childcare, we were desperate to find something before starting work again. We had tricky scheduling needs for what we wanted for our nanny, and it seemed like it was going to be impossible to find someone that we really liked and trusted. We never considered spending the money to hire someone to do the searching for us until we were out of good options, and only had a few days left before starting back at work.

I only have good things to say about Ease family solutions and Letavia. Whenever I need someone loving caring to look after my baby I don't think twice or search for other agencies. First of I would like to thank Letavia @ease family for helping us out at a really difficult time. We had worked with another nanny agency “Bay Area 2nd moms” with a terrible experience . We reached out to Letavia and gave her our requirements and gave her just 2 weeks to find us a part time nanny.
