I was referred to Florida Garage Doors by VM3 Contractors. My (very old) garage door opener broke at 8AM, and by noon, I had a new garage door opener installed. Customer service was great - they let me know everything up front, gave me plenty of options and sent texts and emails along the way to let me know when they would be arriving. They were super professional and incredibly helpful.

Josh did a great job today. I had wanted to change out the rollers and he was quick with that. Additionally, he diagnosed some stress cracks on a couple of the roller hinges, replaced them, adjusted and sprayed down the spring, and adjusted the chain. Also, just as he was leaving I was closing my door and I had no power. When adjusting the sensors on the motor, the power wire had come loose. He got out of his truck and fixed that also without any hesitation. That’s customer service people. Thanks Josh, you guys will always be my first choice for anything garage doors.

Just had my garage screen installed and it looks fantastic. Company was very easy to work with as they provided courtesy calls before the scheduled installation. Prompt, efficient professionals.
