Dan M and Cody are amazing. They just left after replacing my ugly, stained, metal tub. I have a beautiful new walk in shower that I got to customize, and I got to ‘host’ two wonderful young men in the process. They’re not just clean, quiet, timely, and efficient- they were also incredibly sweet with my boys and my dogs. Never once did they look frustrated or annoyed with the noise in my house.
I am beyond happy with my new bathroom but I was more pleased to get to know these two guys these past two days. They’re professional, polite and genuinely good guys. I was 100% comfortable

Had this company take out existing bathtub in our park model and replace it with a walk in shower. Love it! The installation went very smoothly-professional, courteous, and timely. I have been looking into redoing my bathroom in my house. It's a builder grade fiberglass bath/shower combo. I'd like to have a walk-in shower with doors and a few higher end features like body jets, a rain showerhead and a finish that is something other than fiberglass white. While the existing shower works just fine, I think this upgrade, in addition to being something I'd like, could help the equity of the home later if I ever should move.

A good friend had her bath replaced by Kohler and Pacific Bath with a step-in bath, so I knew their work was professional and beautiful. I was very happy to find out they could also do a step in shower...and do so in 2 days! So much better than having a crew in and out of our home for 8 weeks! My husband is over the moon about his new shower, he tells me every day how much he loves it!

Replace an existing tub with a Kohler walk-in bathtub work was done on time professionally the team was courteous cleanup was great all repairs to the wall surfaces were done tub worked perfectly completely satisfied and the tub is great what a wonderful experience being able to sit upright and have a nice hydrotherapy massage going on. Both my wife and I have asked you arthritis in her back in her knees and what a soothing experience this is. We just don’t have the mobility to get out of a regular tub or into one for that matter safely but this tub does the job

I had the privilege of working with the AMAZING crew at Pacific Bath Company of a shower remodel. I had the original 1984 bathtub and shower. It was ugly and beyond repair. I spent about an hour with Trevor discussing options and the services and product being offered were beyond my expectations. Over the next 2 weeks I was kept up to date with everything. My installers were courteous, considerate, and professional. My new shower is beautiful. Hands down a positive experience!

The two workers that came to install the new walk in shower where really nice and polite and did good work. But, they showed up with the wrong shower heads, which I went ahead and accepted. The removable bath bench has still not arrived, and it has been 3 months since it was ordered. This company took a very long time to get the project going. The communication with the office was deplorable. The only time we got updates as to where our materials were and when the project was going to commence was when we called in. The last time we had to call in, it was either to tell them to make us a priority

The guys were wonderful, cleaned up as they went, very respectable and worked well together. Very professional and HUMAN. They did a great job, thoughtful, patient and if they came across a problem, they did not make excuses they just moved forward and fixed it. I would recommend them to all my people I know.

BEWARE!! This company seems to make a living off of taking advantage of the elderly community. They sent a saleman to my Grandmother's home, and got her to sign a contract, and pay a downpayment for a tub that was not within her budget. When she took the time to discuss with her family, she quickly called back and cancelled the tub. However of the $6K+ downpayment, they only returned $1800. The $4700 amount they kept and claimed it as a "restocking" fee. Except the item was never taken out of stock. Upon futher review of the contract signed, the majority of the pages were signed

I had shower base, walls and glass enclosure installed by Pacific Bath Co. I'm perfectly happy with their product and workmanship. Previous installation was by DaBella out of Marysville. Their base was a flimsy cheapie foam encased in acrylic which flexed when moving on it. Because I was so unhappy with the finished product, I had it replaced by Pacific Bath Company installation without ever using the DaBella installation. I never used it, not once. DaBella installation forcefully pushed the drain line down where it cause the downstairs ceiling panel to separate. Pacific Bath Company people

I had Pacific Bath come out to gut my old shower system and install a new Kohler shower system in Cross Cut Dune with the nickel fixtures. They were quick, professional, and the finished product is even nicer than I expected. It has been about 8 mo. now and I like it just as much as the day the install was completed. It was just the reno that the bathroom needed to make it sleek, attractive, and modern while still organic. This wasn't a cheap way to go, but the quality is excellent so far.

We had a tub removed and replaced with a walk in shower. The products were presented as top quality, backed by Kohler and a lifetime warranty. Their literature claims their goal is to make each customer a "Raving Fan"!
Well, I can say this is all BS!
The final result was an amature install, with wrong sized products, mismatched finishes, inferior cuts, caulk joints and stock/standard glass doors rather than custom as had been promised upon purchase. Their customer service is non existant, their attitude toward resolving issues is definately not based on the needs or desires of the customer

We just had our bathtub removed and a walk-in shower installed this past week by Pacific Bath. I can say without hesitation that this company delivered on all aspects of the project from the estimate given by Joe to the work executed by Scotty and his crew. The crew cleaned up the job site daily, put down walk-off mats through the condo. They showed up on time, and called to confirm along the way. They spent all available time working to complete the job. When the project was finished we were walked through all aspects of the job. We loved the outcome and THANK YOU!!

This was the first part of the renovation for a family bathroom. The Kohler product is great - not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. The entire process, from the estimate to the final installation was first class. I believe it was only about 4 weeks from estimate to final install - and the shower bases are custom made to fit. While they promised a two day installation - ours was completed in one. Everything was completed in a neat, clean, and workman-like manner. We have been using the shower for over a week now and could no be happier with the end product. The company does a good
