We run a three man crew with the owner, Todd Gillespie, hands-on leading the team. Todd is a third generation tradesman from NW Pennsylvania with 35 years experience as a building and remodeling professional.
Pocket Replacement Windows - remove only the sashes and the jamb liners of double hung windows. For casement type windows only the sash and hardware are removed leaving the frame and trim intact. Full Frame Replacement - involves removing all parts of the old window including trim and sills.

By removing the existing sashes and jamb liners, a new window is set inside the existing frame. This is primarily how vinyl windows are done. Are your windows out of square? Look for unequal reveals, bows and gaps along edges where sashes meet frame. Chances are it was not shimmed. Shimming ensures that the frame of the window stays secure in the opening.

Todd Gillespie's crew is top notch. They replaced 14 windows in our home with full frame Okna windows and installed one storm door. Excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, great work ethic, and really good with the clients - answering our questions professionally and politely. The cleanup inside and outside our home before they went home each day was quite thorough. They even washed the new windows making them sparkle before they left the final day. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of the product and work.

I found the choice of new windows to be daunting. I liked that the owner, Todd, had a lot of different choices and gave me options that would fit my situation best. I also felt that his price was fair value for the job.

The process of buying and installing new windows with Windows Doors & More, Inc has been great. The owner, Todd Gillespie, helped us decide which windows would be the most appropriate and showed us why a full frame window replacement was preferred. Todd and the team did an amazing job. They removed an exterior wall and replaced with a large Marvin slider. It was a big project and they did a fantastic job. We absolutely love it. The crew worked together well, cleaned up the work site every day most importantly installed the window correctly. Highly recommend.

We love our new windows and our large new opening between the dining room and living room. Our whole house feels more inviting, warm, and bright! Todd was great to work with in getting the quote, understanding our options, and learning about the differences between installation methods. Our Okna windows are gorgeous, have extremely fine mesh screens that you hardly notice, and seem like they will serve us for our lifetime in this house plus some! I got a total of five estimates for this major project on a high-end home, one was much higher, one was much lower, their's was in the middle with two others. What I got for my money was a really high quality group of finish carpenters who not only installed quality windows as promised, but did the trim-finish work to make this into a truly beautiful three season outdoor room. Todd and his team have a reputation for high quality craftsmanship. The quality of their work definitely supports this. They do all the work themselves and so can ensure that the quality of the work is very high. We also chose Windows, Doors & More because they offered full frame replacement windows rather than just pocket replacement of the windows.
