We have used Dr Sprinkler for years. They always provide excellent and timely service. It’s hard to find a company that can handle all the modern irrigation systems and controls - but these guys are the best.
They will also save you money as no time is wasted by technicians fumbling around to find the problems. Their people know where and how to find your issues and fix them with minimum fuss. They also take great pains to leave your lawn a nice as they found it. Use these folks. Thank me later.

Worst Customer Service, or lack thereof, that I’ve ever encountered! No concern for customer retention-total lack of Customer Care. They don’t care. The field personnel are great but the management only thinks short term. I had been a customer but was told to go elsewhere to get my winterization service. I thought I prepaid and was calling to schedule my winterization. Heaven forbid-they proactively reach out. I have been calling, and calling, calling for months and unable to get beyond the constant busy signal. Finally a message via their website was answered to which I was summarily dismissed

Doctor Sprinkler installed irrigation in our back yard in early 2019 and has serviced our sprinklers since. I find their technicians to be extremely knowledgeable and creative in solutions to water all yard/bed areas while respecting easement restrictions. Our yard and beds have never looked better. The communication is good. If you want quality work by knowledgeable technicians this company will not disappoint. I have been very satisfied with their service.
