Founded in February of 1994, by a licensed/certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser J. Daniel Nolan. Mr. Nolan launched a mission to own and operate a very successful appraisal company. The appraisal company was to be called Baltimore Appraisal & Realty Co./Appraisal Company of America, located in Towson, MD at the the Court House Commons buildings, later moving to the Govans area in Baltimore City.

Real Estate Appraisals are important and should be done by an experienced Real Estate Appraiser. After your payment has been made you will be directed to your Real Estate Appraisal Form that will be needed to start processing your appraisal. This version requires an exterior inspection only.
