I received my 500 hour massage certification from Southeastern Institute in 2009. I became a student of reiki and energy healing in 2011 and proceeded to earn my Master level from Nikki Young in the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage. In addition to my massage training I have been studying Thai massage with Jill Burynski since 2011, and have completed level 1 & 2, Thai Foot reflexology and table Thai.
Because of my yoga and energy background I feel I have a unique view of the body, not just muscles, ligaments, and bones but an all encompassing energetic, physical and emotional being. My main focus is Thai massage because it addresses the body on all of these levels, bringing balance and harmony to each and every client.

My flirtation with yoga began when I was in high school, complete with vhs and yoga books borrowed from the library, it has since developed into a full blown love affair. Yoga is like the air, water, food, and life force that nourishes me and I'm so blessed to be able to partake and share it with my students everyday!
All sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted and payment is due at scheduling. I have a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel or attempt to reschedule an appointment outside of that 24 hour window full appointment payment is due, if you have a package a session will automatically be deducted.
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work. It balances the body on every level, energetically (chakras), physically and even mentally. Reiki is used to help ease pain, distress, depression and bring clarity (I call it magic) into your life. Leave a session feeling like you're walking on air, light yet grounded!
DOULAS have been supporting women in birth for centuries, dedicated to holding space, centering, and providing a blanket of calm in a turbulent and sometimes stressful experience. While a doula isn't a substitute for medical care, we offer emotional, mental and energetic support so mama can focus solely coming closer to holding her little one.

I have only seen Ashley for her Reiki services but I can say without hesitation she was amazing. It took a few weeks for me to notice the positive change, but it was truly undeniable the difference that single visit made in my life. Months and months of acupuncture appointments did not feel as effective as one appointment with Ashley. She is very talented and super nice to boot, I look forward to the next time I can book her.

Ashley is a natural healer. I have been to her studios for massage (both Thai and swedish) before, but recently (due to the COVID situation) my husband and I have been more comfortable having her come to our home for her massage services. She has a huge, comfortable, portable massage table that she brings with her as well as all of the sheets, blankets, bolsters, oils, lotions, and disinfecting paraphernalia necessary. Had a fantastic session with Ashely. The healing energy that she brings to the table is incredible and so benefiting. I had developed a frozen neck and could not move my next at all. Ashley was able to quickly accommodate me and spent an hour fixing my body. The time invested with Ashely was well spent and 100% aided in my quick recovery. I will be back for sure!! Hands down one of my best massage/energy experiences in Charlotte.

Ashley Masters is a wonderful healer... I had such a pleasurable experience scheduling my massage with her. She worked well with my scheduling needs. From the time I stepped in the door until the time I left I felt so at ease and relaxed. I was even able to purchase some organic elderberry syrup to take home to my family.
