Poor service from salesman. Might want to stand up from his desk? Could get a cold sale, my shirt was only dirty cuz I actually work at my job. Anyhow hard to walk around the bikes with the extension cords on the floor. Bike on the showroom floor had its horn hanging by the wires. I did give one star because maybe if I was looking at the Triumph instead of the less commission Royal Enfield someone might have gotten up. Did offer me a test ride but I declined

I just purchased a 2021 Indian Scout yesterday. This was my first new motorcycle I have ever purchased and I am grateful that Joe Ferris was the salesman I got to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the Indian brand and answered all my questions, and if he didn't have an answer he went out of his way to get one for me. He didn't make me feel pressured to buy anything, and was patient through the process of choosing accessories and financing options.
