Please read! Especially if your a single mother or any women living on their own!!!
If I could give less than a 1, I would! Candi, the main lady, broke oregon tenant law when she told us that we could not have my friend at our house just because she didn't get along with her cousin. Which brings me to her cousin... A convicted women abuser and kidnapper, who also (all this info from his own lips!) killed his brother with a shotgun (I couldn't make this stuff up people!) Well this guy is her main maintenance guy..

They are not slum lords by any means. The main lady in charge is candi and she wins all of her court cases so if you need an eviction shes your girl. very nice, fast service they are open 9 to 5 monday-thursday and are all over town Friday so don't get your hopes up to meet out of the blue. they do not work weekends except for emergency's and out of town appointments that cant change.
