So since the install 8 months ago haven't had any really bad rainstorms to know how well it works. I had a full waterproofing in large basement. At first the pump kicked out water for a few days but since then has activated only few times. The recent snow with rain triggered the pump and all is fine. Mark and team are a nice bunch. The workers are relentless on getting work done. Mark is very professional and explained all very well. It was very messy for the install but to be expected. I called Kefficient after noticing some moisture and mold in a basement storage room. They offered to have someone come by and give me a quote the very next day. They confirmed the appointment via email shortly after my phone call and then called me on the way to my appointment. Brad was very thorough checking my basement and gave me a ton of options for how to fix the issue. We could not have had a better experience with Kefficient every step of the way! Brad was wonderful with explaining the job and discussing what we should expect. Sean was always on top of keeping us posted with any changes with regard to scheduling and the crew who came to the house to do the encapsulation was on time every day and so efficient. Very very VERY pleased with the work this company did in our crawl space! They did it a month earlier then the original scheduled date and one of the managers met me at the property to show me the finished product. We had Kefficient do an encapsulation of our crawl space, which is an extremely cramped space with lots of small openings and crevices. Kefficient did an outstanding job. Even though there were a number of unexpected problems, such as exposed beams, more linear footage than previously measured, and a teeny tiny crawl space door, they delivered! They were outstanding in their communication of the project, problems encountered and solutions drawn up, took pictures of what they accomplished and managed to be the nicest, friendliest team in the world. I chose Kefficient because of Google reviews and am very glad I did. They were super professional and communicative. I knew exactly what they were doing because they kept me updated each day. The project was a big one and they completed it in the time frame I was given, even though it was scorching hot that week. I know they did quality work because my long time AC guy had to do some work under the house soon after they finished. He was really impressed with what he saw.
