KGIP's co-founder Steve Kramer has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, facilitating the needs of his clients in each phase of the investment life cycle.KGIP's co-founder, Rick Gervais oversees the company's managed portfolio of approximately 17 million square feet throughout the greater Seattle, Portland and Bay Area markets.
KGIP manages the entire process-from feasibility analysis through construction and lease-up. KGIP is an active developer, structuring joint ventures with capital partners to conceive and create institutional-quality projects throughout the Pacific Northwest and California. We also provide fee development services on a case-by-case basis.

The most horrible company to work for and deal with. Any time you have issues with management, HR will put you under the bus by playing along with them. Everyone is related to each other. The Bellevue chief engineer comes in every morning drunk. It got to the point when you bring it up, you get fired for speaking out.
The managers are mediocre, have no clue what's going on on daily basis. They feel and act insecure when you bring up ideas to run the buildings more efficiently.
Stay away from these people.

Completely environmentally irresponsible and insists on wasting tons of water keeping their lawns green on their properties. I can only speak of the building I'm in at 951 Mariners island Blvd, San Mateo, CA. It's the worst drought in California's history Parkway, wake up!
