Services
100% visibility on this Drift Dive, we have found lots of treasure on this river while diving, including native artifacts, mammal jaw bones, etc. We usually see many species of fish & turtles. Prepare with lunch and drinks for this dive - regulations require that no consumables may be in the disposal type of containers.
We teach from open water all the way to dive instructor. Scuba Diving is one of the best hobbies you may ever gift to yourself. We also offer swimming with manatees and diving with manatee tours, this is a awesome way for friends and family to experience a manatee adventure with you! Training Locations - We train in beautiful freshwater areas such as Hunter Springs Park, Blue Grotto, Rainbow River and Jurassic Spring.
Bring or wear a jogging or fleece outfit in the cooler months, it is always nice to put on something warm and cozy when you come out of the water. We provide hot chocolate, tea and coffee upon your return, it always seems to hit the spot and warms you right up. Our 3 millimeter wet suits will keep you warmer longer in the water.
The guided boat tour operators are commonly misunderstood among the community, including agencies exploiting our local wildlife and water way community under the guides of protection for it. In my opinion these non for profit agencies have some dark corners that deserve a peak.
For example, if an agency accepts $50.00 donation on the pretense of protection or preservation, they must continuously look, or claim the worst, concerning one agency, industry or another, otherwise the non taxable tax classification non for profit "donation profits" would cease, even though it would behoove them to work hand in hand with the industries they claim as problems.

Great place to snorkel with the manatees. Captain Lenora was very knowledgeable and gave us a great experience. We took the 4 hour "manatee mania" tour. We saw about 8 manatees total including an number of mommas and baby manatees. If you do as the guides tell you, and pay attention to the introductory video, you stand a great chance to get up close and personal with the manatees

We did the Manatee Mania Tour and it was beyond better than anything we could have hoped for! Our awesome navigator, Captain Craig and our super duper guide Collin went above and beyond to make our trip fabulous. We swam with manatees, swam to different springs, even found some cool fish along the way and Collin took the most amazing pictures. I would highly recommend this tour.

Myself and four of my family members went on the private manatee tour with captain Chris and Collin. They were both super knowledgeable about the biodiversity of the crystal river. Their knowledge and passion for the river and the plants and animals within was very apparent. This tour had been on my bucket list for years and this experience definitely lived up to/exceeded my expectations. Did a tour a couple weeks ago with Colin and Captain Harold. We had a great experience. This is my second time doing the manatee snorkel and first time with SeaDaddys. There was a ton of boats going out and very busy with snorkelers. Colin and Harold made a decision for us not to join this group already in the water and very glad we did. Got to basically hang with this guy.

The feeling you have being immersed in a gorgeous underwater kingdom of bright blue/green waters next to a giant gentle sea sweetheart is indescribable other than it feels like a dream!
Caption Chris and our guide Elizabeth were incredible, personable, and genuinely wanted us to have a good time and get that quality manatee swimming experience. They made sure that we had a unique and intimate experience with a manatee even on a day where the manatees weren’t sitting still for very long.

The hubby and I found ourselves in Tarpon Springs for a family members birthday and decided to check swimming with manatees off the bucket list. Did the 8am start and are so happy we did! We were the only two people on the boat and enjoyed every minute of our 4 hours (3 & 1/2 hrs after the safety briefing which was clearly advertised on their website). Captain Christopher found manatees right away in crystal clear water and was incredibly informative throughout the trip. Great experience. Swimming near manatee was never on my bucket list but it's crossed off now. The manatee weren't abundant as we anticipated but we did accomplish what we wanted. Thank you Captain Chris for taking us out on the water and being so persistent at finding us some sea cows! Hospitality from Captain Chris' wife (name has slipped my mind) was warm and receptive. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
