We were stranded over a weekend with no water and no call back from the field technician as promised on Friday for warranty work.
The Scott and Son Field Technician never called us as promised we were looking at our third day without water so we called Bill with Reid’s well drilling out of Eldon... They were out first thing Sunday morning to repair what we explained to them as a leak In the piping We could hear the pump cycling on and off and water running in the well casing. After pulling the pump we found it was the pump not the piping or couplings. The Gould Pump was still under warranty
