Unique Ink has always done a great job on anything I’ve had them make. They did my daughters softball team shirts on very short notice and they turned out great! We’ve also ordered family tshirts and stuff as well and have always been pleased. The staff is also excellent! Definitely recommend this business.

I have had several things done at Unique Ink in the past and was typically always happy with their work, however there customer service has become non-existent. Tabitha was always great to work with but Whitni makes sure to let you know that your business is more of a bother and that she is doing you the customer a favor by accepting your business.… Not to mention they will take your items to add vinyl and then call you the week you are to pick them up to tell you they cannot do what they previously said they could and you can either take their new design which is nothing like what you asked

I ordered 3 shirts, Bruins colors are navy blue and gold, with light blue. I gave samples of the shirts I wanted. When I picked them up I was shocked, they look purple, I was told they could not control what… color they came out. The gray shirt could have affected the color. I was not told this when I ordered the shirts. How could anyone ever get the shirt they want?😞

Whitni at Unique Ink is amazing and took excellent care of me while visiting Jonesboro. Other local stores seemed overwhelmed by my order request, but Whitni was unfazed and had my 12 canvas bags embroidered within 2-3 days. I don't live in Jonesboro, but if I did, I would only use this place!
