I wish I could give a better review because I do like Dr. Reimbold personally. I just needed an exam and new lenses; my frames were still fairly new. When I got them back, the edging of the lenses wasn't done right leaving an open gap in the frame. Funny nobody caught that.
Once I got them back, I realized my vision was incorrect. When I returned to see if we could fix the problem, I was charged for yet another office visit...for them to fix their mistake...which they didn't do. Doctor Reimbold and her staffs are awesome when it comes to eye Care. Very professional in every way. It was recommended by a friend from the gym and I'm glad I gave it a try. Dr. Reimbold is without a doubt the absolute best Optometrist I have ever been to period!! She is incredibly bright, totally competent, a wonderful communicator, caring, compassionate and has a heart of gold. She genuinely cares about her clients and it is reflected in her staff as well. Updated review: I had a bad first impression, While both doctors were nice, polite, great and explained everything well, there were some issues with the wait time. After they realized i was not satisfied, they called me back in and gave me a great offer to make up for it. I was very impressed. I'd definitely recommend a business that truly cares for the costumer satisfaction. Would recommend this practice.

I have had Doctor's in the past that have told me to just wear my glasses because it was too difficult to put me in contacts. I just moved to Alpharetta and saw Dr. Nicewonger. She listened to me and I walked out with contacts that were right for me! Great practice! Everyone was so nice and made you feel comfortable. Also they don't dilate your eyes so you can actually enjoy the rest of your day!

Been going there for years, great location, Dr was great.. But sadly have noticed it going downhill.. There is so much upselling on glasses, services... Another friend had an issue with billing and they took umpteen calls to find a resolution.
Won't recommend, lots of other competitors still having ethical outlook intact...... Thumbs down. Period....

Went there for the first time a few weeks ago and I love love love! Every single person I interacted with was great, kind and helpful. And Dr was amazing. Dr. Susan is a gem and the eye exams are the most thorough and in-depth I've had. She clearly found her calling and knows her trade better than anyone. The staff is always friendly. The best doctor I've ever been to. I've been there about three or so times with my partner and everyone there is very kind and friendly. The office has great decor and you can tell a lot of care went into everything. They even have cute plants that they name.
Doctor Reimbold is incredible. She's so knowledgeable and always shares great educational information each visit. She is a very warm and comforting person to be around. I recommend this place to everyone I work with and anyone looking for an eye doctor.

Dr. Reimbold is absolutely amazing. When I walked in I was greeted by her wonderful staff. Next, I met with Barbara who was very knowledgeable and displayed kindness. Finally, I met with Dr. Reimbold. I haven't had an eye exam in a very long time so I was a little nervous. She explained everything step by step in such detail that I felt very comfortable while getting my eye exam.

I've been seeing Dr. Reimbold for a few years and have never experienced anything even remotely like the one lengthy negative review below. I don't doubt the reviewer's honesty, but I've only experience good things at Reimbold's facility. My experience is that the office is almost always on time (maximum time I ever waited was about 15 minutes). The exams I've had were thorough, not rushed, and everything was well-explained to me. I highly recommend Dr. Reimbold. Her practice is truly a model of what healthcare should be like. She takes her time to explain, in patient-friendly language, everything during the exam. As a patient you truly feel cared for when you see Dr. Reimbold. We have moved some distance away from her office, but it is well worth the drive to continue being seen here.

Dr. Reimbold was great! The exam was very thorough and comfortable. She explained everything as we went, so it wasn't just a huge bulk of information. This was also the first time I was able to see the back of my eyeballs and see the various veins etc - all part of the regular exam! I learned a lot and she had answers to all questions and concerns I could think of. She's also knowledgeable about other disorders that can affect vision, including autoimmune conditions. After the exam, the whole team at Reimbold assisted me in finding the perfect pair of glasses - they were all very nice

I love the doctor. She is obviously passionate and knowledgeable about what she does, and is the first doctor to get my prescription correct in years. Very personable as well, I enjoyed my appointment with her. The front desk man, however, always seems incapable to me. He never tells me all the information I need to know, is unclear the majority of the time, and doesn't always know how to answer my question as.
The facility is, however, very new, very updated, and with the newest technology. Overall I will return!
