Scott installed two new PGT sliders for me. It was a difficult project because the opening was surrounded by vintage paneling on one side and vintage siding on the other. Scott took great care not to damage any of the original materials of the house that surrounded the doors. He also laid down protective floor covering on the newly refinished terrazzo. Scott is a true professional and highly skilled craftsman who shows a lot of respect and care for the client and their home.

I had an emergency with one entire exterior wall of my house. Scott came to look at it the very same day, assured me it could be repaired and started work the very next day. We encountered quite a few "interesting" construction issues due to the age of the house (It was a vintage nightmare). None of these issues stopped Scott and he found a solution for all of them. They included a drainage system, a pair of french doors, two exterior doors and some landscaping changes to accommodate the drainage system. Scott's attention to detail with everything and his experience and knowledge shows in his work

Remodeling projects can be stressful but not when you have the right contractor! We have used Schrader Home Improvement twice now and couldn't be happier with quality of the workmanship and professionalism. It was a pleasure dealing with a Scott. He is honest and takes pride in his work and shows great attention to detail. He exceeded our expectations, showed up on time, and stayed within our budget - plus finished within the time frame stated! Big plus!!! Scott Schrader recently completely remodeled my kitchen. I was very impressed with his professionalism and work. Scott was always positive and personable during the entire process and had patience as we often changed our plans. He assisted us in smoothing out the design process and offered multiple suggestions from his experience.

Schrader Home Improvement did some floor tiling for us on the stairs that lead to our garage and in a large walk in closet in the garage. Scott is wonderful to work with. He is honest about his pricing and he does meticulous work and takes pride in the quality he delivers. He is an all around great guy and I will hire him again for all of my home improvement jobs.

Scott Schrader was an excellent person to deal with & very knowledgeable also his workers were great & hard working. Scott completed the work for me at my house as a result of Water Damage done to my Flooring. He laid a new Sub-floor & removed all the water damaged materials which was a lot of hard work but an excellent job was done by Scott & his Company.
