I was the nice, Jewish girl from New York who became the nicer to herself Woman of the World. Its's been 20 years of stretching, training, braving, teaching so I can show you how to live a joyous and empowered life connected to your self including your sexuality. It all began with a moment. In 1998 in my mid 20's, I was working in corporate media at ABC News Headquarters on Central Park West.

What were your thoughts about it growing up? Maybe you were like me. Energies of judgement surrounded sexual energies and those judgements still remain in your body and soul today. Or maybe talk of sex was kept eerily quiet with unsaid messages to "keep that sexuality down, " be a "good girl, " "act accordingly."

Your sex life is pretty minimal. You have a nice husband with a higher sex drive than yourself. He likes to be affectionate with you but most of the time you don't like him touching you. Your libido is dead. You don't like your body. You don't feel much if anything in your genitals. You have a fear of being vulnerable.

I work with women from all backgrounds, ethnicities and sexual orientations in one on one weekly coaching sessions. I create a safe and confidential container for you to open up and share. This is my top priority. The realm of sexuality is a vulnerable one and building trust is very important to me.
