The passing of a loved one is heartbreaking, but when it happens so unexpectedly, it can be overwhelming. My husband's passing was the hardest thing I have ever had to endure. Kay and Stephanie assisted me in his final arrangements with poise and dignity. I don't know what I would have done without them. Their kindness, empathy and professionalism aided me in making the right decision when I felt lost, confused and extremely emotional. Thank you to everyone who made this transition for my husband as respectful as possible. I am eternally grateful.

Having to deal with the details of my mother’s passing at a great distance in the midst of a pandemic where travel is too hazardous, I was surprised and the burden was greatly eased by the staff at Sound Choice. After my miscarriage, I decided to have my daughter cremated. I wasn’t sure if anyone would be able to do it being that she was so small, but after speaking with Kay she assured me that no life is too big or too small. I waited 6 days to get her back and they placed her in a sweet heart box along with a complimentary angel with her name on it. All for no charge. Kay and SoundChoice are truly the best. I would recommend Sound Choice to anyone, whether you want something very simple or very extravagant - they do it all. I wanted a simple cremation for my husband and to do my own memorial service. Kimberly never tried to talk me into anything else or "upgrade" anything. She did all the paperwork. She helped to make the worst time in my life easier and was very compassionate. She followed through on everything. Highly recommend.
