From day one since I have been at our clinic specifically Alex and Zach have been a life saver....they are there when I call and I am in need of help getting into our email, our EHR and retrieving username and pw.
They have been patient with our office and always do there best to assist us when we are on the brink of pulling our hair out.
I appreciate the time they take to teach me and our staff when we do not know how to do something or if we have had an overload in our brains....

I’m not how to begin on what amazing service this company has provided us. Alex @ Stepping Forward has provided us with phenomenal customer service and has become a friend to our practice. Alex came by today and fixed our ultrasound issue but not only that but he went ahead and provided us all training on how to use the machine and wrote down instructions for us on how to use it. He went around to all the staff to make sure everyone is good and has no other issues. I have yet to see any other company do what stepping forward does and give you that one on one relationship.

Stepping Forward has a great staff to work with. We recently had a network change at our company and Alex was quick and very responsive to help us get back online. He resolved the problem efficiently and got us back up and running within a matter of five minutes! We love doing business with them.
