Every order is different and depends on different enviromental factors like location, order size and weather. Usually takes 15-30 min to set up and break down. Answer: we arrive before your party starts and then we pick up the unit when your party is done. Sometimes we have to deliver the bounce house or your party rental equipment the day before or the evening before. When you check out online you will be asked what your party time is and the date of your party.
Inflatable combos can be used wet or dry, as long as they do not rely on the weight of water in the splash area for added stability. While home-use slides are not quite as slick when they are used without water, you can easily remedy this by sliding in sweat pants and socks. The Florida weather is very unpredictable so we tell every one to go with the flow.

We had a blast with the bounce house we rented it was delivered at last minute notice of party and there was no issues at all, they worked with us to get a bounce house within our budget. This is the worst people to deal with! I booked with them for my girls’ bday and was supposed to install 8 am but past 8 nothing came, contacted them and like an hr later just texted me that they cannot deliver bec of an accident happen to driver’s wife the night before. Seriously, i give sympathy to what accident happened but the owner should do something because bday party cannot be moved in any day because they cannot deliver the bounce castle for the kids that were waiting! He didnt even answer the phone anymore after and could have at least monitor and let us know earlier! Very unreasonable

Ordered a bounce house for my daughters birthday party. Party started at 10:30 am. They did not show up and when I called they said they were 30 minutes away. At 12:00 pm they had not yet arrived and were still “30 minutes away.” They have stopped returning my calls. Currently waiting on my refund. Very disappointing and poor customer service.

After having horrible experiences calling other bounce house companies who were not responsive, I called Bounce House Delivery and got connected immediately with the owner who walked me through setting up my order right over the phone. He explained the entire process with the utmost level of professionalism, something that seems to be lacking amongst their competitors.
The prior company I called disappeared on me after taking my deposit money, so two days before my son's birthday, I was scared they would not show up as I left them several messages with no response. Imagine having 25 kids show

I ordered a bounce house for my son’s birthday. I’ve done this in the past with other companies & wasn’t too happy with it. But i must say this company & their service was amazing!! He showed up early, set everything up perfectly, it stayed strong the entire day, & i must say the man in charge, Ron, was the nicest guy ever. My son & his friends had the best party!!
