Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Called for a quote and waited 3 months until I contacted him again. He gave the quote, and needed to check the price on 1 piece. Then called back 3 weeks later with an inflated quote, and a ridiculous price on the part, and advised that he was no longer able to do it for several months. What a waste of my time.
